What’s the difference between GLP-1 and naltrexone for alcohol cravings?

They work through completely different biological pathways:

GLP-1 (Semaglutide):

Naltrexone:
Blocks certain opioid receptors that make alcohol feel rewarding, helping reduce “the pull” to keep drinking.
